What is literature to business and industry

"All comes from humans, and all to humans shall return" Any product or produce comes out with emotions and either beauty or use, it is thus human and so are its effects. Before producing it, give it a story and fill its shallow "something-to-have" with the right emotive language that talks to the heart and stirs the feelings, as no human proves to be of pure intellect.
